I’m visiting the EU using Temporary Admission (TA), can I carry EU Passengers?

Temporary Admission is a very useful simplification for occasional visitors and whilst it has only 3 key elements to adhere to, these can often be interpreted differently in each EU member state. The short answer is generally yes you can, however, care needs to be taken that you are compliant with all other areas of TA at all times. EU passengers can be carried so long as they are not paying for any of the travel and they are true guests or company colleagues travelling on company business. Do not hesitate to contact MFA for further details on how TA could work for your operations.
